An Invitation to Exhibit Your Company/Organization

You are cordially invited to exhibit during the upcoming 8th Deaf History International Conference at the Westin Harbour Castle, a downtown hotel in Toronto, Canada from July 24th to 29th, 2012. Hosted by the Canadian Cultural Society of the Deaf, this five-day event is a great opportunity to showcase your products and services, the organization and its staff, to all conference attendees in a prominent area of the hotel.

All booth prices include a 10' x 10' (304.8 cm x 304.8 cm) booth with a 3' x 6' (91 cm x 183 cm) skirted table and two chairs, 2 exhibitor badge passes, a company/organization logo (gif or jpeg format) for promotional use on our DHI Conference 2012 website with an optional link to your website, listing in Program Book, and a registration bag containing conference materials.

Below are two buttons that you can conveniently reserve your exhibit space at the DHI Conference 2012. Booth reservation options, exhibit dates/times, and payment options will be shown. We strongly encourage you to reserve early because all requests will be filled on a first received, first served basis.

GOOD NEWS! The 2nd deadline, March 31st, 2012 for both registration and booth/exhibit reservation have been extended to May 31st, 2012. Please take advantage of the early rates today.

IMPORTANT NOTE ABOUT REBATE: If you register online below for the booth/exhibit reservation with a credit card between April 1st, 2012 and May 31st, 2012, you will be expected to pay the full amount as shown online. We cannot adjust/change the pricing online. However, soon after you register, your account will be credited with a $50 rebate.

There will also be a rebate adjustment for any overpayments received within the extension period by mail, fax or wire transfer.
